What is Watchmen: Justice is Coming?
Watchmen: Justice is Coming is an online game based in the Watchmen world. The game world is a real-time, 3D- rendered environment, comprised of different themed areas of New York City inspired by the Watchmen movie. The environments will support up to 1000 players at a time, moving dynamically and simultaneously around the city. Players can interact with one another, progress the story, explore the world and fight against each other.

When will the game be available:
The game will be release in early March.

Where can I purchase the game?
It will only be available for purchase on the iTunes App Store.

What devices will it work on?
Watchmen: Justice is Coming will work on any iPhone or iPod touch with operating system version 2.2. The version of your device can be found by plugging the device into your computer and looking at the appropriate device's Summary Page in iTunes. The application will not work on any other iPod devices.

Will there be a subscription fee or are there any other fees, such as for patches or updates?
No. There are plans for future updates and expansion packs, but the initial game will be offered for a one-time fee.

What is the difference between the Watchmen: Justice is Coming and the free Watchmen movie app?
There are 2 applications available on the app store for Watchmen.
1)The free Watchmen movie application (available here) allows you to explore all kinds of cool content around the movie including bonus clips, wallpapers, behind-the-scenes videos, movie info and sneak peaks of the WATCHMEN Motion Comics.
2) Watchmen: Justice is Coming is an online-only multiplayer game that will be sold exclusively on the App Store.

Is the game always played online?
Yes. You must have connectivity to play both story and battle modes.

Who created the game and what is it inspired by?
The game was developed by Last Legion game in Santa Monica, Ca and inspired by one of the most anticipated films of year – Watchmen, directed by visionary director Zack Snyder and released by Warner Bros. Pictures on March 6, 2009.

How do I report a bug or issue?

Loading takes a long time. Does that have to do with my connection?
Loading time will very depending on your connection, however much of the loading time is a result of the detailed environments in the game.

How do I skip past the cutscenes?
Once you are connected you can double tap the screen to skip cutscenes.

What if I cannot connect?
If you can’t connect do the following:

• Exit out of the app
• Try loading a page on Safari
• If the page doesn’t load there is a problem with your connection.
• If the page does load then exit out of Safari, load the game and try to connect.

What if I keep getting disconnected from the game?
This depends on the stability of your phone’s connection.  If you do not have good signal strength it may cause frequent disconnections.  If you are on an iPhone and you are using WIFI we suggest you try the 3G or Edge network, we have found it to be more stable.  We have also found that certain WIFI routers also work better then others with the iPhone and IPod Touch.

What if I keep crashing?
Please power down and restart the device.  This is especially important when you first download or patch an application.   As this product is new infrequent crashes are possible.

Why do I get a password error when my password is correct?
The game may still think you are online.  Give it a few seconds and try again.

Why can’t I see my friend when we are both in the same area?
Behind the scenes the game is running on multiple servers.  It is possible that you and your friend are on different servers.  We are working on friend’s lists and a snap-to feature that will allow players to switch to the same server as their friends.

What do I do if I am stuck in the world and logging on and off doesn’t fix the problem?
Please send an e-mail to customer support stating this issue in the subject line.

Do I have to patch in order to play the game?
Yes, please patch as soon as you are notified of an update.  If you are playing with an out of date version of the game it may cause you to experience a number of technical issues including crashes.

 I tried to update the game with new content but it’s not updating?
If your content is not updating and you wish to force an update at any time, you may delete the Watchmen MMO application from your homescreen and re-install it from the App Store. All content will then be refreshed upon your next full sync.

How do I remove the Watchmen MMO iPhone application from my iPhone?
Just as with any other iPhone application. Press and hold the Watchmen MMO application icon until it begins to wiggle. Press the "X" in the corner of the icon and confirm deletion in the window that appears.
